If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking link (found in your shipping confirmation email) for specific delivery details. Often, packages are left in community mailboxes, unit mailboxes, or at a side door.
- Wait a bit longer. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely while they are still in transit.
- If your package still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we will help find a solution. You may also wish to file a claim directly with the carrier.
